it's good to be back again.
it was my intention to post everyday this month. unfortunately i got no internet the last days, and actually been busy preparing for christmas because i really cannot wait for it!
i have had a problem to fall asleep recently.
i constantly wake up very early and cannot back to sleep again. i usually watch TV and hope that my eyes get tired later. but no, it won't. R told me today to make a cup of tea. i just tried it, and made extra bread so i don't need to wake up earlier again to have breakfast. and well, i got tired after that and literally fell asleep, just like that.
i have read some tips of how to fall asleep easily. but this one is simple, yet helps. never thought of that, actually.
so if some of you suffer from it, i definitely suggest to get some food and drink a cup of tea. and to fall asleep at night, i love to listen some of my fav songs. it helps, too!
it's kinda weird how fast time flies. last week the snow begins to fall and i realized, winter is here. it is funny and relieving somehow, at the same time. new year is coming, and i am excited about it. so to celebrate 2015, i would love to do a 30-day-challenge on my blog in this very last month of the year.
