get back to sleep!

it's good to be back again.
it was my intention to post everyday this month. unfortunately i got no internet the last days, and actually been busy preparing for christmas because i really cannot wait for it!

i have had a problem to fall asleep recently.
i constantly wake up very early and cannot back to sleep again. i usually watch TV and hope that my eyes get tired later. but no, it won't. R told me today to make a cup of tea. i just tried it, and made extra bread so i don't need to wake up earlier again to have breakfast. and well, i got tired after that and literally fell asleep, just like that.

i have read some tips of how to fall asleep easily. but this one is simple, yet helps. never thought of that, actually.
so if some of you suffer from it, i definitely suggest to get some food and drink a cup of tea.
and to fall asleep at night, i love to listen some of my fav songs. it helps, too!

Experiment

Ich denke alle lieben Experimente, die wir schon in der Schulzeit gemacht haben. Ich meine, die sind einfach cool. Das Gefühl ist besonders unbeschreiblich, wenn man dann später erklären kann, wie das geht.

Ich habe heute an diesem coolen Video gestoßen. Weshalb auch warum ich Wissenschaft bewundere..

Kennt ihr mindestens eine von denen? Oder könnt ihr vielleicht sogar mir Erklärungen für diese Experimente in die Kommentare schreiben?

Hab' einen schönen Montag!

El Teide, Tenerife.

Es war eigentlich eine ungeplante Fahrt. Ein Tag vorher haben wir ein Auto gemietet, womit wir die ganze Insel rumfahren konnten. Da die Insel kleiner wie gedacht war, und wir jede Menge Benzin übrig hatten, entschieden wir uns El Teide zu besichtigen.






Wir sind Mittag hingefahren. Ich finde es war besser mit dem Auto zu fahren. Es gibt nämlich alle paar Minuten Ecken, wo man einfach anhalten kann um die Landschaft anzuschauen.

Es war so ein schönes Gefühl, dass wir in dem Ort gewesen waren, um den höchsten Berg Spaniens zu genießen..

Loro Parque, Tenerife.

Ich finde, man braucht mindestens 1 Tag, in diesem Park rumzuspazieren. Es ist ein ganz großer Park mit viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, vor allem die 2 Shows folgendes:

Um bei dieser Show (Orca Ocean) zu sein muss man zumindest 30 Minuten vorher kommen, weil es schöner wird, wenn man richtigen Platz finden kann, oder? Dabei meine ich aber nicht ganz vorne, weil diese süße Tiere die Zuschauer gerne Wasser spritzen. Und in den Reihen wird man ohne Regenanzug richtig nass. Jedenfalls, es war eine tolle Show, ich bewundere mich nämlich es, dass Wale und Menschen so eine Beziehung haben könnten.

Diese Delfine sind die süßesten Tiere überhaupt!! Die sind nicht nur niedlich, sondern auch schlau. Man kann sehen dass die Trainer und sie gute Beziehung haben und das macht die ganze Show wunderschön und großartig. Man darf es einfach nicht verpassen!

Nemoooooooo..

Die andere Tiere lassen sich ebenfalls genießen. Da es wirklich viele schöne Tiere gibt, von Quallen bis Gorillas.




Wäre ich wieder irgendwann mal dahin geflogen, würde ich auf jeden Fall den Park gerne besuchen.
